I created my Payoneer account earlier this month. I have submitted the required documents at the verification center.
My documents are not verified yet. I didn't get an email from Payoneer regarding this and I couldn't go to live chat as it would prompt with status canceled message.
My question is, how long does it take for document verification? When will my account be verified? This is preventing me from getting paid from my clients. A friend of mine advised me not to make any payment until my account is verified because you can't withdraw it and the money is stuck. So, can someone please let me know when I will go through this?
Very glad to hear it. What time does it take after payment? Or will the verification process be complete after I receive a payment?
My account is pending payment for a week now and I can't find the verification center in my account and my account is disabled and I can't do anything with it please I need help customer care is not responding to me bad my money is just stuck
